All FOCUS user accounts are securely stored with hashed passwords and support 2FA using the temporary one-time password (TOTP) client of your choice.

New User Account

This document provides detailed instructions on adding a new user account to your organization within the Focus platform.

  1. Access the web application by opening a web browser and navigating to the designated URL. https://focus.aderisenergy.com

  1. If a user wishes to sign in or create a free account, they should enter their email ID and click on the green arrow button.

  1. Upon clicking the green arrow button, the user receives an email with the subject aderis FOCUS - New User Account Email Validation Code, which contains a validation code.

<aside> 📎 Note: Every time a user creates a new account, they receive a validation code at their registered email ID for security measures.

  1. Once the user receives the validation code, they need to enter it into Focus to validate the code and continue.

  1. When the user clicks the green arrow button to continue, the system verifies if the domain and organization are linked. Users should click on YES; I DO to proceed.

  1. The system will then prompt them to complete their profile. After users have entered all the necessary information, they should click the NEXT button.
