1. Introduction
This feature allows user to upload reports directly to FTP (File Transfer Protocol)/SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) servers, enabling efficient data sharing and accessibility. This manual guide you through process using effectively.
2. Accessing the Report Upload Feature
- Access the web application by opening a web browser and navigating to the designated URL: for example. https://dev.aderisenergy.com
- Authentication: To use the Reports Engine and subscribe to reports, you need to log in to the Acuity web application using your credentials. This ensures that only authorized users can manage their subscriptions.
- Reports Engine Access: Once on the homepage, locate and click on the Reports option. This will take you to a page where you can access all available reports.
3. Initiate the Report Upload
- If the user selects click the Report, the system will provide two different types of Reports: Daily KPIs and Time Series.
- Choose the reports from the provided list or browse your system to locate the files you wish to upload.
- Once you click on the report that you want to upload, you will see the subscription option on the left side.
- Turning on the This Report is Private toggle button allows users to easily add both internal and external recipients.
- Once users click Edit Recipient, a pop-up window will open to assist in adding recipients by selecting their email IDs and Upload Report To.
- Click on the Upload to FTP/SFTP option to initiate the process.
