Acuity can be accessed remotely through port forwarding or a VPN to the facility.

For most customers, you can navigate to the Aderis dashboard from Aderis Focus by clicking the “Remote User Interface” button.

Port Forwarding

The Acuity web interface uses HTTPS on port 443. You can open a firewall rule to this port directly (443 -> 443) or using an obfuscated WAN port such as 7001 -> 443.

Acuity can also be accessed via a custom facility URL:

Firewall

Acuity can be provided with a SonicWall firewall/VPN upon request. Customers with a SonicWall can access their facilities using the NetExtender VPN Client and an accompanying two-factor authentication app.
