Before you energize the Aderis ClearSky™ Interconnection for the first time, let’s verify everything is ready for initial commissioning.

Safety First!

DO NOT continue with the following steps unless the Aderis ClearSky is electrically isolated from all medium voltage (MV) and/or auxiliary (e.g. generator) power sources.

It is strongly recommend that a LOTO’d air-gap isolation plan be established on both the Utility side and Solar side of the Aderis ClearSky device, using air-gap visible OPEN devices that are OUTSIDE the Aderis ClearSky™ device.

e.g. parking MV bushings in the MV Termination Cabinets IS NOT sufficient for proper isolation.

Improper or lack of LOTO isolation procedures will result in staff being exposed to the full interconnection voltage and could result in injury and/or death.

The following steps should only be conducted by authorized and qualified commission staff.
