Acuity is accessed through a web browser. Chrome, Safari, or Firefox are recommended. Internet Explorer is not supported.

Consult your Acuity commissioning documentation to identify the IP address configured for your facility. The default IP address is 192.168.1.100. If you are on-site at the facility and connected to the local network, you can access the interface by visiting https://192.168.1.100 so long as your computer’s IP address matches the LAN.****

You will need to have an active user account to access Acuity. An account will be created for the designated administrator of the facility by your account manager when the system is commissioned. Afterward, the administrator can invite an unlimited number of users to the system. See the Users section of this manual for more information about managing users.
